Sebastian & Nioxin Review!

Hi everyone! I have another review for you guys today! This is going to be a review on the Sebastian Professional Haircare and Nioxin Haircare systems!

The first thing I got was the Sebastian Haircare system! It's a really good system, and I basically got their shampoo, conditioner, and their styling gel!
I really am loving their shampoo and conditioner system! It makes my hair smell like I just got out of a salon!
And their styling gel, is pretty good as well. I like to just shake it up, and flip my head upside down, and blow dry like that.

The only thing I don't like about the Sebastian conditioner is that after a couple of seconds in the shower, it starts to leave my hair super quick. But I still think the conditioner is very good!

The next couple of items, I had gotten was the Nioxin haircare line. This system comes with a cleanser, a scalp treatment, and a scalp therapy. I really love these products, and would definitely repurchase!
The cleanser says that this system is used to remove environmental resiude and DHT.
The scalp therapy is suppose to be a like a conditioner for your hair.
And the scalp treatment says, that it may cause temporary redness after application. But I didn't see any redness.
Overall, I would give the Sebastian haircare system a 4/5 and the Nioxin haircare system a 5/5!

Products were provided by Bzzagent. I am not being paid for this review.

Cellnique Review

Hey everyone! So this week has been pretty chill. I haven't been doing much! Just exercising and listening to good music! Today is my day off. And I feel like it couldn't come any slower! I've been working this entire summer, which equals not as many blog posts, and videos as I had hoped. I really was hoping that this summer would have been different from last summer. Oh well.

Anyway, this is going to be a quick review of some Cellnique products that I received from Selina a couple weeks ago! So these products are pretty amazing, but the price is pretty steep! But I would definitely repurchase these products!

The one on the left is the gel, and the one on the right is the essence.

Now prepare to be grossed out!

Here is my skin during July!

And this is what my skin looks like now! Not so bad. This product doesn't get rid of scars, but it's kept my face pretty acne free for the past couple of weeks! With flash!

 Without Flash.

I would really love to try more of Cellnique's products! They are amazing! And they seem to do the trick!

Weekend

Hi everyone! How was everyone's weekend? I didn't do much. My boyfriend and I went exploring on Saturday, and on Friday we just hung out after I got off work.

I made some small purchases, because we went to Walmart, and I couldn't resist. I picked up a revlon colorburst lipstick in baby pink, and I also picked up this wet'n wild mega eyes creme eyeliner. Which is basically like a gel liner. I've read so many reviews and I was kind of dying to try this out!

How the eyeliner looks like. It comes with a small eyeliner brush as well.

The lipstick.

It's such a pretty pink color.

What the gel liner looks like.

This is what the lipstick looks like on my lips, and after I applied some Jill Stuart lip gloss.

So my boyfriend bought me some Japanese candy this weekend. A lot of these are really good! I loved the kit kat! It's already gone!

This is a lollipop candy!

Japanese oreo bars, and kit kat bars.

He bought me some panda cookies, and there was this cute panda comic in the box!

Since I'm out for school, I'm going to be working a little more. But I don't think that will get in the way of my blogging! Lol. Winners of the giveaway will be announced later this week! :D

My top favorite skincare products

Hi everyone! I just want to inform everyone that I bought a domain for this blog! Whoohoo!!! :D

So if you can please direct any links to http://denysiayu.com!

Anyway, so just to let everyone know, I haven't been doing much lately. I always say that don't I? Haha. Sorry, but I really haven't been up to anything! So on Tuesday I found out that for our class's ceremony was completely messed up! Our teacher booked the wrong date for the venue, so of course I had to come in and rescue the day. Haha. Not really. But I let my officers know that there was a different place that we could do our ceremony at. And so we went to check it out on Tuesday and everyone loved it, so I'm hoping that we will be able to do it there!

Anyway, here is a quick intro to my favorite skincare products. I've been asked to do skincare for a while, but I wasn't sure what I liked for a while, because I'm extremely picky when it comes to skincare! The reason why I’m so picky, is because I’m allergic to a lot of ingredients listed in a lot of skincare products.
Anyway, so here is a picture of my top 5 favorite skincare products of all time:

1. Lush Coalface cleanser: This cleanser is the best cleanser I've ever used! It helps fight my acne, and it has a nice smell to it. Some people I know, don't like the smell, but I personally like it. It lathers up gray. The only problem I have with this, is that it's in a bar like form, which I don't really like. But honestly, it's a really nice cleanser!

2. Kiehl's Cucumber Herbal Alcohol Free toner: I've had a love/hate relationship with this toner, but now I'm back to loving it. I didn't like the way the toner was in the bottle before, so I stuck it into my own little spray bottle! And I like it this way! The toner stings a little when it's applied, but I think that just means that it's working!

3. Aveeno Lotion: This lotion is the best for dry, flaky skin! My neck and my face use to be super dry, until my mom bought this lotion for me! And the good thing about this lotion, is that it keeps your skin moisturized for 24 hours!

4. Lush Dream Cream Lotion: I don't rub this lotion all over my body or face, because in the ingredients it states that it has cocoa butter in it, which sucks for me, because I'm allergic to cocoa butter! But I still really love this lotion for my eczema scars!

5. Kiehl's creamy eye treatment: I love this eye cream! It doesn't get into my eyes and this cream actually doesn't dry up my eyes whatsoever!

I made a video for you guys, talking about the products I've mentioned in this post:

And something really interesting happened yesterday. So my boyfriend and I went to Walmart to look at external drives, and then we wandered into the camera section, and they have camcorders there as well. And he told me, that if I wanted, he would buy me a camcorder with a remote for my birthday if I wanted. And of course I was like, heck yeah! Haha.

Skin food review

Hi everyone! I want to do a review on two of my newly acquired skin products that I use everyday. I don't usually use everything I have simply because it would take me probably around 20 minutes to get ready, and I don't have that much time to do all that especially if I have school in the morning. I usually wake up about an hour before school starts, and I take a shower, eat breakfast and then I'm out of the house. I don't even wear makeup at school! So this is really good for me if I actually put something on my skin!

The first thing I want to tell you guys about is this Skin food peach sake pore emulsion that I bought a couple weeks ago. I really love this stuff, because it simply makes my skin feel extremely soft, and it gives my skin a nice type of glow. I'm not sure if any one else who has tried it gets a glow, but I feel like I do! And the good thing about this, is that ever since I've started using it I've seen a decrease in acne on my face. Which is always a good thing!
The second thing I purchased was the skin food peach sake pore serum, and this stuff, I think is basically the same as the emulsion. I don't really see the difference in the two, except for the fact that the serum is thicker than the emulsion. Which as the emulsion is a little more watery, the serum is like a thick white substance, that has a pump.
I think I might purchase more of skin food items as time goes on, because they have so many very nice looking items. The line I am currently looking at is the tomato whitening line, which looks really nice!

By the way, I just posted my blog sale on my other blog at Shop Couture! Check it out! :)

Reviews, and nails!

Hi everyone! I did my nails today! Because I was suppose to be studying, but I decided to take a little break!

The two colors that I used were: Pa nail polish in 8N, and Paul & Joe in 30! And the gems, were purchased via ebay! And top coat is Sally Hansen in 01 invisible.
And before I forget here are the swatches of the two RMK blushes that I purchased a little while ago. I'm absolutely loving the coral pink color, the one on the right! And the Kevin beautymaker lip concealer! This is what it looks like when applied to lips.
And this is the after effect with lipstick. Lipstick used is Paul & Joe lipstick in 060! My new favorite shade!A swatch of the lip concealer. I know it looks really light, because I took this picture at night, and the lighting in my room isn't great, and I took it with flash.
Ok, since I've already posted pictures of the lip concealer I might as well do a review!

What: Kevin Beautymaker lip concealer
When: I ordered it a month ago, just got it around 1 week ago.
Where: at mihokofamily.com
How: This is a really good lip concealer, I like how it doesn't have any flavor of any sort, and it glides on smoothly, even though sometimes I have to use my fingers to rub it in the corners a little better. After applying the lipstick, it makes my lips look lighter, and not as dark around the edges.
Cons: None! :)

By the way, my skin is looking better! Probably due to the white cream I've been using, and I've using the kit I got a couple of weeks ago, and I basically use the cleanser, and the wipes! So Yay! :)

Reviews on Japanese Products

If you didn't already know, I've been super excited about the Anna Sui line for Target. It should be coming out September 13th! So I've been looking forward to it, since I found about it. Check out some of the styles in my older post!

Anyway, like I said, I'm going to do a small review for some items, that I've been using, and that I love! (The items, that I didn't really like, will be in another post!) These are two items that I like right now, hope you guys enjoy! No pictures from my camera because my boyfriend has my camera in his car, and I'm not sure when I'm going to be getting it back.

What: Kose Cosmeport moisture mild white cream
When: purchased a little over a month ago
Where: At Takashima in Rowland Heights
How: This is a pretty good cream. I bought it because I thought it could help me whiten my skin. It has evened out my skin a little. I don't use it all the time, because sometimes I forget to use it.
Cons: This product is a little small, and for the price, I probably wouldn't buy this as often. I try to use as little as possible. I believe this cost around $14 USD.

What: Samourai Woman shampoo
When: purchased a little over a month ago
Where: At Takashima in Rowland Heights
How: This shampoo is amazing! It smells like roses, and peaches! And it makes my hair feel nice and fluffy afterwards. The good thing about this product is that it comes in a pump bottle form, so it's a lot easier to dispense. It's not like a lot of American brand shampoos, where you have to pick up the bottle and turn it upside down, and dispense!
Cons: Probably just the price. But at $14 USD, it's not that bad! Compared to other brands, this one is really good!

glosses, and makeup

So the first thing I did when I got home today was try out this Victoria's Secret liquid bronzing brush. I didn't see that much of a difference honestly. It didn't really turn my skin a very bronzy color, maybe it's because I'm already dark? Haha. Anyway, I didn't really like the way the brush was made, because it doesn't really allow easy application. I had to take a makeup wedge and use it to blend the bronzer in.

So today my lips weren't feeling that bad so I decided to try my lipgloss analysis. These were the lipglosses that were used: VS's Minty Citrusminty, Philosophy's Kiss me, VS's Cherry Bomb, VS's Red Delicious, Bare Essentual's Buxom Dolly, and my Clinique lipgloss.
Citrusminty had a kind of very pretty gloss glow to it, which I really loved, and it also has peppermint oil in it, which is always a plus! Cirtusminty -
The second gloss that I tried out was Kiss me by Philosophy. It didn't really taste all that minty, which isn't a good thing, and the shine wasn't as shiny as citrus minty was. Kiss me -
The third lipgloss that was tired, was VS's Cherry bomb, this one was pretty good, with the shine, but it wasn't peppermint flavored, which kind of sucked, but other than that, this gloss was extremely pretty looking! Cherry Bomb - The next gloss was red delicious, and I'm sorry that my picture is kind of crappy. The gloss isn't orange looking like the way the picture has it, it's actually this soft looking pink. This gloss is very pretty, because it's not too dark, and it has a very glossy shine to it, and I really liked it! Red Delicious-The second to last gloss that was tried, was the bare essentuals gloss in dolly. It makes my skin look a little paler, because the shade is a pale shade. Which is very nice. Dolly -
The last gloss used was my clinique gloss. I honestly don't even know what the name of this gloss color is. It rubbed off when I first got it, and the sticker from the bottom came off, and I honestly cannot remember what it is. Anyway, I really love this gloss, if only it came in peppermint flavored! Clinique -
I want to share my new little secret. This is the VS's Pink everything refreshing spray. I sprayed it on myself today because I was a little tired while at work, and omg, it woke me up. I wasn't yawning anymore. I don't know what they put in here, because I can't find a label, but this stuff is super nice, and it smells wonderful. When I first sprayed it there was a alcohol smell, but it goes away right away. And it's suppose to be made of all organic products. So YAY!
I got my leather jacket in today! YAY! I'm going to take it to the leather cleaners tomorrow to clean it up, there are some very faint dirt marks on it, because they shipped it all the way from canada, and of course they were probably handling it. But it's still cool, because I have my leather jacket! Pictures of my jacket to come soon! :)
