KATE EYESHADOWS!

I've been buying a lot of stuff left and right. I think if my boyfriend found out that I was buying so much stuff, I think he would get very mad at me. Haha. But it's okay, since it's my money that I'm spending and not his. Anyway, today was the gilt women's final sale. I woke up around 9AM to look at it, and everything was alright. I didn't see anything that really caught my eye. I was looking at twenty8twelve, but everything that was really pretty and nice was already taken! So sad! :(

So yesterday I decided to play dress up with my Marc Jacobs clothes that I got in last week. I love big belts, so of course I was trying some of my clothes with different items!
So today, I got my Kate gel eyeshadows in! They are so pretty! I don't want to touch them, or mess them up. OH well, I used them anyway! Haha! I purchased these off ebay, since they are cheaper on there, than any other place I've looked at them for. The place that I purchased them, said that they won't be getting in a shipment of these eyeshadows for another 2 weeks, but feel free to check them out anyway, here! :) And since they are located in California the shipping only took two days! So happy!

When the package came in, I just got home from work, so I simply ripped it open! This is what it looked like after I ripped open the packaging!

The BR-1, and BR-2 look very alike. I can't even tell them apart. I thought that maybe one would be really dark, and the other one really light. So if your looking to purchase brown, just pick one or the other. I don't think it really matters. The shadows really really feel like jell-o! It's very crazy, because it's kind of hard to get them on the applicator, and I was trying very hard! The swatches from left to right: PU-1, GY-1, BR-1, BG-1, GD-1, BR-2. I applied the GY-1 first, then I added a bit of BR-1 to the end of my upper eyeline, and then I applied GD-1 to the bottom my my eye. It makes my eyelashes shimmery too. :)

That's because I took this picture in my bathroom, my room doesn't get good lighting, because I have this curtain, and I'm lazy to open it. Haha. My lips in my new lipgloss. I got this Mac hello kitty lipgloss and a Mac eyeliner pencil in yesterday! It's because my Sephora Piink eyeliner is running out, and it was the best eyeliner I've ever had. :( I haven't had a chance to try this eyeliner out. It's way too pretty for me to mess with it!

I was digging around my mom's closet today, looking for old retro things to wear. She had some super cute belts, that I will be posting pictures up probably tomorrow! Some of them are very unique. She has this awesome blue snake skin belt! And I remember seeing it as a child. I think I glued some glitter on it at some point. But that's the point of having vintage things. Haha.

Yesterday, I purchased a bunch of pop beauty items and they should be coming in sometime next week?? Haha. And I will do my Jill Stuart jelly shadow compare, probably sometime next week, because the shadow hasn't shipped in yet. XP Anyway, hope you guys have an awesome day, and I will posting more stuff that I purchased soon!

Colors! :)

Hi! I'm kind of a little tired from work! I got up at 7AM to go to work this morning, and I got home around 3. Anyway, I forgot to post pictures of what I looked like with my blue eyeshadow makeup. I used my too faced eye palette, and my markwin eyeshadows. I got the markwin eyeshadows a loooonnng time ago, like back in highschool, from a classmate. I still use them once in a while, because I love the dark colors.

So yesterday I posted about the Tarte palette that I bought at Sephora, and today I did some swatches of the glosses and the eyeshadows!


The three glosses with flash. The one on the left is probably my favorite, because it has a pale coral pink color to it. The one in the middle, is more like a clear gloss with glitter, and the one on the right is more like a pale pink with glitter. The eyeshadow colors! From left to right: Purple, green, pale pink, bronze, blue, and pink. I really like the bronze color, it comes out looking very pretty!
With flash! I don't think pink colors go very well with my skin color because I'm dark! Haha.

1. I can be crazy at times. But most of the time, I'm tired from work. I work a lot, and I go to school too, so I don't always feel like actually doing anything. Thats why I like going online and surfing the net!

2. Even though my parents are rich, they don't give me any money. I make my own money and I get to spend it whichever way I want. With my brother, he gets all the money he wants from my parents, but he doesn't work, so right now, he is pretty much broke!

3. I LOVE shopping! It's my number one hobby! I love finding bargains as well. I don't always buy everything at full price. Sometimes I do, but most of the time I try to buy things that are on sale. Hahaha.

4. I am a super clean freak! I hate it when I have a mess. Especially in my room! If my table looks slightly messy, I need to clean it! It's just the way that I am.

5. I can be lazy at times. I get really lazy whenever I'm sleepy, which is probably 75 percent of the time! So thats not a good thing...

6. During the fall to spring I love watching TV! But I seriously love watching TV on my laptop. Because its just easier. :D

7. My laptop has gotten a little dirty. I haven't really cleaned it in a couple weeks, but it's okay because when I open it up, the screen is a little smudgy, but I just ignore it when I open it. Hahaha. OMG, I'm soooo bad! I should clean my laptop right now!

8. I have a lot of Juicy Couture jewelry. One time I was at a party and I was drinking a little too much, and I lost one of my Juicy earrings, so of course I had to buy another pair. Their the heart ones, and one of the say Juicy and the other one says Couture on them. Such a sad day for me. :(

9. I've never EVER done any types of drugs. Honestly, the only drug I have ever done, is probably alcohol but since that's a legal drug, it's ok! Haha. I've never done any serious types of drugs!

10. I like taking pictures. All the time! But not of my fat! I wish I could lose weight, but all the weight I've managed to lose is in my legs, and butt! I haven't lost any weight in my arms! Or tummy!

And I bought 6 of the 8 Kate gel eyeshadows. Their suppose to be like the Jill Stuart jelly eyeshadows, but with less options in colors. I got them in blue/green, light bronze, dark bronze, purple (to go with my new marc jacobs lavender top! Haha.), grey, and gold. They should be coming in sometime this week, if not next week. I didn't order the pink one, because pink does not go good with my dark skin tone. I would be bummed out if I purchased it, and I tried it on, and it didn't make me stand out! Haha. The place I bought them from didn't have white, so I'm looking to purchase the Jill Staurt one instead. So I'm probably going to compare them once all of the colors come in! Their only shipping from LA, and since I live in LA, it should be coming soon! I will totally do a major haul, with other stuff that I bought online probably sometime this week!

And by the way, I won Lindah's giveaway! SO YAY! This is the first time, I've ever won anything ever. Haha. I know, but I'm really excited! :)

BBQ, and makeup

So I haven't really been on blogger the last couple of days I know, but I've been checking up on everyone else's posts! So it was kind of like I wasn't really here, but I was.

OKAY! So yesterday was the big party at my place! I got dolled up, and basically dressed up! It was very exciting, because I've never had a huge party at my place like the one that happened yesterday. Anyway, So I used some simple basic makeup. Primer, foundation, powder, eyeshadow, blush, and liquid eyeliner.

The only problem with this makeup, is that my face gets very oily after an hour or so of wear. I was trying to use my clinique oil free base makeup, but I haven't used it in a while, and it got extremely watery. So I didn't use it. :(

I've been very tired from work the last couple of days, so no big post until possibly later on in the week, maybe tomorrow, or Thursday? Me and Christine are suppose to go check out South Coast Plaza Thursday hopefully! Frank's younger brother is going to be coming over Thursday to pick up all the stuff from the bbq. So hopefully somewhere in there, I can post about what I bought at South Coast.

VS Haul!

So I redid the layout. I think I was getting tired of the old layout, on the plus side, this layout has three columns, so it's a little easier to navigate! And I kind of stole Fuz's Cbox, because it just looks cute! Anyway onto the stuff that was purchased today!

I went to Sephora and picked up some very cute little stuff. This was basically all the stuff that I saw online, that I really really wanted, except for the smashbox emulsion lip exfloiant. I went to Sephora and I never realized how hard it is to shop there, since all I've ever done, is shop at Sephora.com. And I guess I didn't realize that everything was scattered. But everything turned out, alright because I found 4 of the 5 things that I went there to buy.

I assume that most of you know that the Victoria's Secret Semi-Annual sale is going on right now. I just had to take a peek and buy some cute little things! (I'm going to post pictures of the lip glosses and what they look on me later, my lips are a little aggravated right now, due to the weather change in Southern California right now. If you haven't heard, it was really cold the last couple of weeks, and all of the sudden it turned really hot yesterday)

Last but not least, I went to Forever21, and picked up this very pretty dress!
These socks were super cute, and basically to die for! I mean how can I say no to socks that have bows on them? And this clutch was adorable as well. And a super good plus? These two things were on sale!!! :)
Yesterday I decided to put on some makeup to see how I would look in Vegas! I think I look alright. Haha.
The reason why I bought so much minty lipgloss is because I can't wear anything else. So that's why I have to wear peppermint lipgloss, but it's okay, because I found some very adorable peppermint lip glosses at Sephora and Victoria's Secret. I think that it might have something to do with my exema, but I'm not sure. Ever since I was in highschool, I have been wearing chapstick, and if I wear lipgloss my lips get annoyed and they start to itch.

Anyway, my mom picked up the Open Seseme party platter today, and it was very yummy! Too bad my entire family pretty much ate everything, so there are no pictures of my birthday dinner. Haha.

I'm hoping to blog while in Vegas, hopefully they have internet at Harrah's! Also I'm thinking if I reach a certain number of followers, I'm going to host a giveaway. Just something to thank everyone for reading my blog, even though I get annoying at times. Hahaha.
